As it's all in Russian, here is the translation of the field names:
1. Name (or nickname)
2. Password
3. Password again
4. E-mail
5. E-mail again
6. Real Name
And don't forget about the small checkbox in the bottom with a button under it. Than you'll recive the activation letter on your e-mail with the link you'll need to follow and that's all.
After you have registered you can switch the language to English in your
profile.
