May you to say the following to him? According to 'AFIND 2 - NUMERICAL INDEX OF STANDARD AND RECURRING AIR FORCE PUBLICATIONS. 1999', the 'A-10A 34th' was never published electronnicaly, and AFTTP 3-1 series are still secret. It is a better chance to get the whole AFEPL CD as I think.
I may to send the reference doc to him (or to you).

 Addidion. I seen the AFEPL (Air Force Electronic Publications Library) CD in 'circulating CD's ' lists at some USA high school sites. I even tried to bye it. But the responce was negative. Does he (or you) knows anybody from an american high school personally?
